You own your data. All documents, training data, model artifacts, and generated outputs belong exclusively to your organization. Bright Run operates as a processor, never as an owner. Your intellectual property remains yours at every stage of the pipeline.

DELETION RIGHTS & ZERO THIRD-PARTY TRAINING

You can delete any document, training dataset, or model artifact at any time. Deletion is permanent and propagates across all storage layers — including vector indices, embeddings, and cached data.

Your data is never used to train models outside your organization. No telemetry is collected from your documents or model outputs. Zero third-party training is a foundational guarantee, not a toggleable setting.

ACCESS CONTROLS

Role-based access controls govern who can upload documents, initiate training, access the chat interface, and manage team settings. All access events are logged and auditable. Enterprise plans support custom role definitions and granular permission sets.
